7. Restricted Activities
Prohibited uses of rental vehicle
- The vehicle must not be used for any illegal activities, including racing, off-roading, or other dangerous pursuits. Transporting hazardous materials is strictly prohibited. Sub-letting the vehicle or allowing unauthorized drivers is not allowed. Driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, or exceeding weight and passenger limits, is prohibited. Additionally, operate the vehicle only within the agreed geographical boundaries.
Breach of these terms may lead to rental cancellation and fees.
8. Liability Restrictions
To the fullest extent allowed by English and Welsh law, Car Hire in Chadderton is not responsible for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, data, or business, resulting from your use of our services. Our total liability for any claims will not exceed the rental amount paid in the previous 12 months. This exclusion does not apply to liability for death or personal injury due to negligence or fraud.
